Custom Order Item: No cancellation & non-returnable or refundable
Special Order Item: No cancellation or returns unless a prior agreement has been obtained. Minimum 20% Restocking Charge
Product must be complete in resalable condition. (Original packaging, No damage)
Clearance Items are Final Sale - Non returnable

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Returned Goods
30 DAY RETURN POLICY: A minimum 20% handling charge will apply on all returned goods.
Product must be complete in resalable condition. (Original packaging, No damage)
CARTRIDGES and PARTS are non-returnable or refundable .

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Fees
A minimum 20% handling fee will apply to all returned goods
In Stock Item: 20% Handling Fee
You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping fees (i.e. packaging, tracking, and shipping via post) unless the product in question is deemed defective by the manufacturer.

Claims & Damages
All claims have a 24-hour inspection window after the product in question has been delivered to notify Dupont of any damages.
The product which proves defective will be replaced at no charge. Responsibility for labour or other incidental costs remains with the customer. Dupont is not responsible for damages to the product incurred during installation or after the order has been delivered to the customer unless it is a manufacturer defect.
