General terms & conditions

WARRANTY: Dupont sells only quality products from leading brand-name manufacturers. All products are covered by the manufacturer's comprehensive warranties. The manufacturers provide complete and documented warranties with every product. In the event you require warranty service, Dupont does maintain a copy of your purchase on file to assist in getting service from the appropriate manufacturer.

 

CLAIMS & DAMAGES: Unless otherwise specified in a previously established agreement or contract, All Claims relating to damaged or lost goods, and shipping errors must be reported to our customer service department within 72 hours after their date of receipt.

The sooner a defect is discovered and brought to the attention of the Manufacturer the better.

Product which proves defective will be replaced at no charge. Responsibility for labour or other incidental costs remain with the customer. Dupont is not responsible for damages to product incurred during installation or after the order has been delivered to the customer unless it is a manufacturer defect.

 

RETURNED GOODS:

30 Day Return Policy: A minimum 20% handling charge will apply on all returned goods.

 

Cartridges and Parts are non-returnable or refundable

 

In-Stock Items: 20% Handling Fee

 

Special Order Items: No Cancelation or Returns unless prior agreement has been obtained. Minimum 20% Restocking Charge

 

Custom Order Items: Non-returnable or refundable

 

Delivery: To main floor or garage only

Returned goods must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition. No refund will be given on fixtures after installation, or for display items sold "Clearance" where the invoice is marked "final sale".
