Shipping and Delivery Policy
Dupont Plumbing is committed to excellence and the complete satisfaction of our customers. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
By accessing our site and placing an order, you have willingly accepted the terms of this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Dupont offers delivery of your order as an option to the purchaser for an extra delivery charge. The delivery charge within Toronto and the GTA is $199.00 and varies if outside the area.
Deliveries are made to your front door or main floor for insurance reasons only. Dupont attempts to deliver your order as soon as it is available; however, some non-stock items can have lengthier back-order time frames from the manufacturer.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
Claims & Damages
All claims have a 48-hour inspection window after the product in question has been delivered to notify Dupont of any damages.
The product which proves defective will be replaced at no charge. Responsibility for labour or other incidental costs remains with the customer. Dupont is not responsible for damages to the product incurred during installation or after the order has been delivered to the customer unless it is a manufacturer defect.
Dupont Plumbing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.
Dupont Plumbing allows you to return certain item(s) within a period of 30 days. The item(s) should be returned according to our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy.
