Policy Acceptance

By accessing our site and placing an order, you have willingly accepted the terms of this Shipping and Delivery Policy. 

Shipping Terms 

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery Terms

For your convenience, Dupont offers a delivery service for an additional fee, applicable within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We ship orders from Toronto utilizing a range of trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, as well as our own company truck for local deliveries within Toronto. This diversified approach ensures that your orders are delivered in the most efficient and secure manner possible.

We understand the varied nature of our products and offer different packaging solutions to match. Whether it's a light box for smaller items or a carefully arranged pallet for larger orders, we are equipped to handle your needs and ensure that your products are securely packaged for transit across Canada.

Our delivery policy is designed to ensure that your order arrives safely and efficiently to your doorstep or the main floor of your building, due to insurance limitations. While we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, please note that items not readily in stock may require additional time due to manufacturer back-orders.

Wrong Address Disclaimer 

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. 

Undeliverable Orders 

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us. 

Claims & Damages

All claims have a 24-hour inspection window after the product in question has been delivered to notify Dupont of any damages.

The product which proves defective will be replaced at no charge. Responsibility for labour or other incidental costs remains with the customer. Dupont is not responsible for damages to the product incurred during installation or after the order has been delivered to the customer unless it is a manufacturer defect.

Lost/Stolen Packages 

Dupont Plumbing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities. 

Return Request 

Dupont Plumbing allows you to return certain item(s) within a period of 30 days. The item(s) should be returned according to our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy. 

You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping fees (i.e. packaging, tracking, and shipping via post) unless the product in question is deemed defective by the manufacturer.
