At Dupont Kitchen & Bath Fixtures, we provide multiple secure payment options for both in-store and online purchases. Below is a breakdown of accepted methods, along with any applicable fees and processing notes.

Credit Cards

We accept all major credit cards in-store, online, and over the phone:

Notes:

• Phone payments are subject to a 2.4% surcharge.

• A $20.00 minimum applies at the parts counter.

Interac / Debit

We accept Interac/Debit cards for in-store transactions. No surcharge applies.

Cash

Cash payments are accepted at our Toronto showroom.

Bank E-Transfer

• Processing time: 24 hours.

• For new customer phone orders, payment must be made via e-transfer.

PayPal

PayPal is available as a secure online payment option.

• A 2.4% surcharge applies.

Phone Orders Policy

• Existing customers may pay via credit card over the phone (subject to the 2.4% surcharge).

• New customer phone orders require payment by e-transfer only.

• Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD).

• Orders are not processed until payment is received.

• Certain services (e.g., consultations, deliveries) may require full pre-payment.
