By accessing or using this Website (www.dupontplumbing.com) or purchasing from Dupont Kitchen & Bath Fixtures, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the rules governing our website use, showroom policies, and purchase conditions.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of materials from Dupont’s Website for personal, non-commercial use only. This does not transfer ownership. Under this license, you may not:
Modify or copy materials.
Use materials for commercial or public display.
Attempt to reverse-engineer software.
Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
Transfer or “mirror” the materials to another server.
Dupont reserves the right to terminate use upon violations.

5. Product Specifications & Colours
Product images are for reference only. Colours may vary depending on screen settings, and actual finishes may differ. Specifications are provided by manufacturers and may be subject to change.
6. Consultations
60-Minute Consultation: $200
120-Minute Consultation: $375
Both fees are credited toward your purchase if an order is placed with Dupont. If no purchase is made, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
7. Special Orders & Deposits
100% upfront payment is required to place all special orders.
Special orders are non-refundable once placed with the supplier.
Lead times vary by manufacturer; Dupont is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
8. Deliveries
Curbside (1-person) Delivery within GTA: Starting at $150.00
2-Person Main Floor Delivery: Starting at $250.00
Special Handling (Cast Iron or Stone Tubs): Requires professional movers at separate rates.
White Glove Service: Pricing TBD.
Delivery costs depend on load size, distance, and item type. Customers must inspect and sign for deliveries upon arrival. Dupont is not responsible for damages reported after delivery acceptance.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are subject to approval and may include restocking fees.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Special orders and custom products are final sale.
Loyalty program points earned on returned items will be deducted from the account.

12. Governing Law
