FAQs
1.1 Can I return these parts?
Unfortunately due to the nature of scale and diversity of service parts, we cannot take returns on parts. We recommend that you allow our experienced staff to review the necessary information needed to get you the right parts for your product. Â
To be able to properly identify the issue and the part needed, we require any information you are able to provide, i.e. model numbers, photos and/or videos of fixture (tub, toilet, faucet, etc.), proof of purchase, etc.Â
1.2 Is there a warranty on parts for my fixture?
When it comes to parts warranty, we always suggest you contact the manufacturer directly. If the product has a lifetime warranty on cartridges or other parts, they will normally send the cartridge/part directly to your home free of charge.Â
These services require you to provide proof of purchase before they send out a part free of charge.
If your product was purchased through us within the last 5 years we are able to look up your order and email you the proof of purchase, any order before 2018 will require some digging into our files.

1.3 My fixture is leaking, what should I do?
1. If you are unable to come in to the shop to assess, take a photo of the fixture and send it to our service department [email protected], our service department will contact you within 24-48 hours
2. If you are able to come in to the shop, shut water off to the fixture and bring the trim and cartridge in for the parts department to assess the product
