DELIVERY POLICY: Dupont does offer delivery of your order as an option to the purchaser. Separate charges for delivery will be shown on the invoice(s). The delivery charge within Toronto and the GTA is $75, and varies if outside. For insurance reasons, deliveries are made to your front door or main floor only. Dupont attempts to deliver your order as soon as it is available, however, some non-stock items have lengthier back-order timeframes from the manufacturer.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Dupont accepts Visa, MasterCard, Interac, Cheque, and Cash. If paying for your order by telephone credit card, please be sure to bring that credit card to our store when picking up your order (or have it with you at the site where your order is delivered), as we do require a manual imprint and signature as back up that you authorized the purchase on that credit card over the phone. All cheques are to be made payable to Dupont Plumbing Supplies. Orders paid by cheque may be held for up to 5 business days for clearance, and a photocopy of a drivers license is required of the individual on whose account the cheque is drawn on.
WARRANTY: Dupont sells only quality products from leading industry manufacturers. All products are covered by the manufacturer's comprehensive warranties. The manufacturers provide complete and documented warranties with every product.
CLAIMS & DAMAGES: Dupont is not responsible for damages to product incurred after the shipment has been delivered to the customer unless it is a manufacturer defect.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY: Any product which proves defective will be replaced at no charge. Our sole responsibility is limited to the actual replacement of the product. We accept no responsibility for claims for labour or other incidental or consequential damages.
RETURNED GOODS: Dupont aims for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. A full refund is generally given, however, in some cases where the purchased product was a “specialty” item, there may be a restocking charge. Returned Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition. No refund will be given on fixtures after installation, or for display items sold “as is” where the invoice is marked “final sale”.
